Administration & Staff
Mr. Preston Necaise has been an educator since 2010. Beginning as a teacher assistant at Three Rivers Elementary, he then taught Math and computers at North Gulfport Middle, Math at West Harrison High, coached baseball, drove a bus, was an Assistant Principal at D’Iberville High, and is now the Director of Career and Technical Education for Harrison County School District since 2025. After graduating from Harrison Central High School he earned a bachelor’s, master’s, and specialist degree from William Carey University.
Mr. Necaise was inspired to become an educator because he wanted to coach baseball. He soon found that he loved the classroom and that interacting with students was an opportunity to be a role model and that teaching was an extension of his desire to coach. He hopes that each Career Tech student learns transferrable skills that can be used throughout their life.
Mr. Necaise is married to Rachel Necaise, a District Instructional Specialist. They have two children, Ava Grace and Grayson.

Mrs. Joy Bond began working for Harrison County Schools in 1999 and has been the bookkeeper at the Career Tech Center since 2025. After Ms. Joy’s morning coffee her warm and welcoming smile is the first thing that students, faculty, and visitors see at Career Tech.

Mrs. Greicy Ruiz has been the custodian at Career Tech since 2016, Prior to working for Harrison County School District she was employed in housekeeping in the hospitality industry in Georgia. She is married to Danny Rodriguez and they have a son, Danny Rodriguez, Jr.
“Mrs. Greicy” loves working at the Career Tech Center because everyone is treated like family. She enjoys keeping a clean school for students and knows she has made a difference when she sees graduates out in the community and they remember her.
